tf- 1/2は,マイクロ波・耐熱性に優れたテフロンとセラミックスを複合した回路積層板。米rogers社のrt /duroid 606/6010 / tmm10などに匹敵する。
マイクロ波回路設計の利点tf- 1/2を使いましょう。
(1) tpシリーズよりも動作温度が高い。-80°c ~+200°cの温度範囲での長期動作に適しており、ウェーブ溶接、バック溶接に対応しています。
(2)マイクロ波回路の制造に用いる。ミリ波のプリント基板です
(3)より良い放射線性能、30 min20rad /平方センチメートル。
(4)誘電体性能が安定し、温度や周波数の上昇に伴うεr値の変化が少ない(εr=3.0、6.0、9.2、9.6、10.2、16、20、22)。
